I was approached to brand a new customer loyalty program for Community Aid, a non-profit thrift store. The objective of this program was to offer rewards, discounts, and other special incentives as a way to attract and retain customers; to encourage repeat business, offering people a reward for store/brand loyalty.

Being a good neighbor has its perks, and Community Aid wanted to relay the message.
